Since January 2025, the electronic patient file (ePA) has been automatically available to TK policyholders in the ‘TK Safe’ service in the health insurance company's own app. Members can view their health data, doctor's letters, findings and diagnoses there and upload their own documents. Authorised medical practices or hospitals can in turn access the data via a secure virtual storage facility.

TDSoftware was commissioned to support the team with expertise and personnel for the further development of the ePA in the TK app. We are part of the TK project team - as experts on the subject of ePA, iOS and Android app developers and in the area of quality assurance. The four-year contract was awarded in 2023 as part of a nationwide tender, in which TDSoftware won the first lot.

TDSoftware is involved in the successful development of the ePA in a long-term co-operation. TDSoftware supports TK with front-end and back-end development, QA and technical consulting.
